Pallet shuttle racking is a semi-automated storage solution using self-powered shuttle carts which can move the pallets automatically. It is suitable for high-turnover storage by using a remote-controlled system.
The powder coated frame is one of the basic components of pallet shuttle racking which is made up of 2 uprights, horizontal and diagonal braces, baseplates and floor fixing elements.
This is an horizontal component which joins the frames together and supports the load. In pallet shuttle racking, the rails are supported on the beams and shuttles move on the rails.
This is the component that supports the metal rails. The external supports are fixed in the entry and exit of the uprights, while the internal supports are fixed in the beams.
