Galvanized Pallet Racking

Galvanized pallet racking is the same structure as regular selective pallet racking, but with zinc coated surface. Regular warehouse racking is made with carbon steel, and the steel surface is covered by special plastic powder. It’s usable in the vast majority of environments. While in some special environments like extremely humid weather, chemical, moisture, the normal powder-coated pallet racking is easy to be rust and corrosion. Galvanized pallet racking fits these special environments better.

Differences Between Galvanized Pallet Racking and Powder Coated Pallet Racking

• Galvanized pallet racking is made by pre-galvanized steel which is dipped in a protective zinc coating. The zinc coating resists chemical or moisture thus provides protection to the material.
• Powder coated pallet racking is made with regular Q235B carbon steel covered by plastic magnetic powder. Powder coating provides protection to the material well in most normal and moderately moderate environments.
